Hi! I’m looking for a female flatmate to replace me in our lovely 3-bed flatshare in Clifton, Bristol, for the next academic year (2025-26).
This is a 3-bedroom flat with a bright and spacious shared kitchen, living space, and one full bathroom (shower cubicle, toilet, and sink). It is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
It is £875 PCM inclusive of all bills (perfect, so the flat is always warm in the winter!).
📅The tenancy period is from 20th September 2025 to 18th June 2026 (Perfect for the upcoming academic year!)
📍Situated in a great location: only a stone’s throw away from Sainsbury Clifton Down, next to Whiteladies Road, and only a 10-minute walk to Uni of Bristol/Victoria Rooms. The Clifton Down Station is only a 2-minute walk from the flat, and there are many bus connections nearby.
🛏️The room is fully furnished, with a desk, wardrobe and tons of storage.
You will be living with two law student girlies who are my current flatmates. They are very tidy, considerate, calm, and friendly.
