1 double bedroom under Clifton Bridge + cat

Hey! Current tenant looking for a flatmate to move in from 9th September onwards - it's a cosy two bedroom flat by the suspension bridge with lots of nice walks around and a flat 20ish minute trail along the river into the centre of town walking.

I currently have a cat so will need someone who loves cats and is willing to share the space with this critter.

Water bill is included but will generally 50/50 split electricity, gas, and broadband, which comes to ~75ish each a month during peak months. I am a full time mature PhD student so don't pay council tax/can give you a discount on council tax if you are a professional. I also am a creative director for a video game development studio so my time is quite busy and hands on between the two gigs I run!

My partner lives in a different place but is over fairly often and we keep the place as clean as possible and overall I'm looking for a nice flatmate I can get along with and if this ad piques your interest please let me know!

Currently an LGBTQ+ friendly household and have no interest in changing that.
