We’re Xara and Róisín - we’re looking for a sociable and friendly flatmate to join our lovely 3 bed flat in Clifton Village, as our other flatmate is moving out to move to Australia!
The flat is in an excellent location, in the heart of Clifton Village with cafes, shops and pubs on the doorstep and easy access into town, as well as Clifton Down train station.
The room is a large, bright and airy double bedroom - comfortably fitting a king bed at the minute. There is a window seat looking out over gardens at the back of the building and as it is also west facing, it gets so much lovely sunlight in the afternoon🌞 It does come unfurnished but our flatmate is happy to offer the wardrobe for a reduced price.
A bit about us - we’re two girls aged 26 and 27 who both work full time - currently no working from home. We’re sociable, active and also enjoy a trip to the pub and diner party. We’d ideally be looking for someone similar!
The room will be available from the end of September/October 1st at the latest 🥰
Rent is £690 a month, and bills are around £150. The deposit is £600.
There’s an option to get a residents parking permit for the area also.
