2 rooms going in 6 bed house in Clifton. Landlord is private and pretty chilled. All bills included apart from £40 that goes towards topping up our electric & gas meters. Must be clean / tidy & willing to contribute to general upkeep of the home. 4 people will have vacated in the space of a few months to travel/ move cities but since then it’s been a pretty social house - we have chilled in our rooms as much as the shared spaces, and have all been very easygoing :) the remaining 2 people are looking to sustain this with the newbies!
