We have a bright, unfurnished double room available in the heart of Clifton Village. The rent is £725 per month, and then bills are £200 each per month which includes:

• The £200 for bills includes: council tax, gas, electric, water, TV licence, fibre broadband.
• All subscriptions (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, WOW Presents, Apple TV)
• As well as shared essentials (milk, butter, oil, condiments, spices, cleaning products, cling film, food bags etc, basically everything except laundry products and loo roll!) The kitchen is so small we try and not duplicate things we don’t need to!

The room:
A large, light-filled double with a big window. You’ll share a bathroom with Liam, it has a bath and a separate shower.

The flat:
• Top-floor apartment in a gorgeous Grade II listed building (worth noting: 6 flights of stairs - 3 double staircases!)
• Small kitchen with limited storage. We’ve got the essentials (dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, kettle, microwave, cookware, nutribullet), so not much room for extra kitchen kit. No tumble dryer.
• Large living room with a 3-seater sofa, cuddle chair, coffee table, dining table & chairs, TV (with all the subscriptions), plus Wii & Sega Megadrive.
• No bike storage. On-street parking is available with a permit.

Location:
Victoria Square is your front garden, stunning, especially in summer. Clifton Village is right on the doorstep with its cafes, bars, shops, and restaurants. It’s a 10-minute walk to Clifton Triangle/Park Street, 20 minutes to the city centre, 5 minutes to Clifton Suspension Bridge, and 15 minutes to Ashton Court and The Downs - perfect for walks.

About us:
• Anna (early 40s): Works for a charity that supports victims of crime (restorative justice). To balance the serious stuff, I love food, festivals, drag, gigs, comedy, pub quizzes, and unapologetically bad TV.
• Liam (26): Fun, bubbly, ex-cabin crew now in recruitment compliance. Loves drag, nights out, and anything involving food and wine.

We might sound like an unusual duo age-wise, but we clicked at work, bonded over Drag Race, and now we’re basically family. We enjoy cooking for each other or watching a series together, but also really value our own space. We’re both extremely clean, tidy, and want someone who is the same and will help out - this is very much our home, not just a house-share.
