We’re looking for someone to join our lovely 3-bed flat on Whiteladies Road. Our current flatmate is moving out, so their massive room is up for grabs from Nov 1st (latest), but potentially a bit earlier depending on moving out timings.

Boring but important stuff:
Rent: £633/month
Bills: ~£125/month (depending on heating etc.)
Deposit: £442
Room: Huge and unfurnished
Parking: On street with a permit from the council

A bit about us:
We’re Chels & Chris, 30 & 31. One of us works in finance, the other’s a carpenter and are standard 9-5ers. We’re both super outgoing, sociable people who love having a bit of life in the flat.

We would love someone who’s up for hanging out, chatting in the kitchen, and being part of the home.
Basically, if you’re the kind of person who enjoys having a laugh and doesn’t just disappear into their room every night, we’ll get on great… especially if you like a few spontaneous pints on the weekend.

We’re also after someone who is tidy, respectful and can handle basic adulting (cleaning, bins, you know the drill).

Bonus points if you come with fun decor, good music taste…or an air fryer.
