Looking for a flatmate

Hi there, I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into a 2-bed flat in Clifton, a 2 minute walk from the triangle.

You’d be sharing the flat with me, a 22 year old data consultant (boring, I know) who graduated from the University of Bristol over a year ago.

The bedroom in question is a small double room, furnished with a double bed, and a bedside table. You’ll also have the large cupboard in the corridor to yourself which contains a chest of drawers.

The flat also has a nice living area with views over Bristol (a desk can be put in here if WFH is required), fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, white goods, and a communal garden.

Bills are not included in the rent and they come to approximately £175 each a month (Council tax, WiFi, electricity, and water).

I enjoy a chill night in as well as pub trips and going out to new places to eat, so am looking for someone who’s keen to get involved as well. I’m also a pretty tidy person and would appreciate living with someone similar in that regard.
