Hi, I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into a 2-bed flat, just a couple of minutes walk from Clifton Village.

The room available is a very large furnished double. The flat has a bright living room with views over Clifton, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and even a small terrace.

You’d be living with myself, a 23 year old working as a commercial specialist at EDF, and recently graduated from Leeds Uni. I’m easygoing, and enjoy a mix of trips to the pub, chilled nights in, sports and going out for food. I’m also tidy and considerate and I’m looking for someone similar.
