A large room is available in my flat, ideally located just a 7-minute walk from the University of Bristol. The room is available for a new flatmate starting between November 1st and December 1st (the exact move-in date is flexible and can be discussed).

Large bedroom: This is the largest room in the flat, offering ample space.

Prime Location: The flat is a 7-minute walk to UoB, a 5-minute walk to Sainsbury's, and a 3-minute walk to several bus stops. It's also a short stroll from the cafes, pubs, and shops on Whiteladies Road and the markets in Clifton Village.

Ample Storage: The flat also features a shared storage room, which will be ready for use soon.

Parking: A dedicated parking space is included with the rent.

Council Tax: Band C. The new tenant will benefit from a 1-person council tax discount.

About Me:

I'm a 3rd-year PhD researcher in the School of Education at UoB and work part-time as a Learning Support Assistant for children with ADHD and autism. I'm looking for a tidy and respectful flatmate, preferably another postgraduate student or a working professional.

The new tenant will need to complete a reference check and sign a one-year contract.
