Eat-in kitchen with the evening sun streaming through. Well-kept communal areas. Safe central location. On all major bus routes and only a five-minute walk to Clifton Down train station which runs direct to Temple Meads.

Shops, university, hospitals all nearby. Clifton Village and Bristol City Centre both within a short distance. Access to the many restaurants and pubs on Whiteladies. The Downs just around the corner.

You would be sharing with a very kind-natured, easy going professional. Bills are not included and smoking is not allowed.

At risk of writing more than will be read, I'll expand a little here on the location and room. You will be within a few dozen feet of the most expansive and serene stretch of green found in any other city than London. You will be on Blackboy Hill which, while very lively in the day, becomes quiet and residential by night with not a single club or late-closing bar. The atmosphere about the place is ever one of civility and pleasant living. You will be at the very intersection of Redland and Clifton, two of the most desirable and widely sought-after areas in Bristol.

The room is really quite large, with plenty of space around which to pace while on long phone calls and protracted episodes of thought. The sash windows are equally perfect for people-watching, box seats to the daily spectacle of life. The bed is sizeable and, though technically 'Queen-size', would rather well befit a King. I'm hesitant to say too much on this final point, but the desk has been positioned in such a way as to maximise productivity and enhance cognitive function.
