Double room in Clifton just off the Village

Hey, I’m Izzy. My current flatmate is moving out after buying a flat so I’m looking for a new person to share this lovely flat with. The room is available from 5 November.

The flat is in a great location on a quiet road in Clifton just off Victoria Square, 2 mins walk into the centre of Clifton village where there are lovely shops and bars and a 10 mins walk to the Clifton Triangle. In the other direction is Clifton Down Shopping Centre, where there are everyday shops as well as a a train service to Bristol Temple Meads (Bath/London).

The room comes unfurnished. The flat is split over two floors, with a spacious kitchen including a dishwasher, separate utility room with washing machine and living room on the ground floor and plenty of storage. The two double bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor. The flat has off road parking for one car.

Rent is £750 per month and, to be on the safe side, I would say that monthly bills average about £100/150 per person depending on the month.

A little about me, I am 29 years old and I work for a local photography gallery in the marketing team.

I enjoy staying in to watch a tv series or film with a glass of wine but equally like going out for coffee/brunch or drinks and dinner! I enjoy cooking (trying to improve my skills) but also love the odd takeaway. I am also someone who enjoys staying active so am trying to get back into running as well as going to the gym/classes.

I’m originally from Bristol, having returned to the city after Uni, so have some friends still based in the city but I also like meeting new people. It would be great to share the flat with someone who is friendly and up for socialising and views the flat as their home.
