Spacious double room near Clifton Village

I am looking for a long term flatmate to take on the second, larger bedroom in a top floor flat in a great Clifton location. There is a shared balcony, living room area and kitchen, all fully equipped. The place looks way more homey than in the pictures, they are agency photos from before I moved in back in 2019. I have a 9-5 job and outside of that I live a pretty active lifestyle; however, when I am home I enjoy my own space in peace and quiet. I get on best with people who are similar to me in this regard. No parties animals. Cleaning standards are very important for me but otherwise feel free to reach out with a few things about yourself!
Please note that this property is managed through a letting agent so the ideal tenant will have a permanent work contract (you must have passed your probation period), credit checks and previous landlord references will be required.
