Double room available in Clifton

Our lovely flatmate is moving out and his spacious double room is available in our 4 person flat. Room comes furnished with bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. It also has lots of space for your own furniture, it currently also has a desk and lots of plants in it.

The room is part of a second floor 4 bed flat with one shared bathroom. It has a large kitchen living room which is really lovely and bright. The flat is located near the triangle in Clifton, close to supermarkets, gyms, restaurants and bars. It is also close to Whiteladies and Gloucester road.

We are currently a house share made up of a couple and one other -
- Dan, 36 year old accountant.
- Stanca, 29 year old working in risk management.
- Sophie, 27 year old speech therapist
We all spend a lot of time together in and out of the flat and like to be sociable.

The boring bit - rent is 652.50 per month not including bills, which come to around £100 a month.
