Clifton double room sublet

I am going travelling and looking to sublet my beautiful double bedroom in a Clifton flat for 6 months whilst I’m away. It’s in an ideal location, only a 10 minute walk away from the Clifton Downs, Clifton village, Whiteladies road and the Triangle. The room has a little balcony, perfect for morning coffees! Bills are not included in the rent and are normally between £150 - £200 a month.

My flatmate is a landscape architect, who works from home every so often. She is super easy to live with and is looking for a like-minded wholesome crafty lady to fill my room. She loves doing a bit of arts and crafts, watching good films and going for runs. She is also coeliac, so we’d prefer to find someone who doesn’t mind being gluten free in the flat.
