Our flat mate is moving out in the middle of November, we are looking for someone who can fill his spot. We'd prefer some 22-30 who is clean, sociable, and doesn't stay up too late because we both work 9-5.
FYI: Rent needs to be paid 3 months in advance plus deposit - this is in the contract from the landlord. So you will need to have around £2.8k ready so that you can move in (can do 2 months if you can convince the landlord)
I work from home so can do viewings during the day, otherwise weekends work well for us too.
