Double room for rent in Clifton in 3 Bed Flat

Double room to rent in a 3 bed flat in Clifton, just off of Whiteladies road and 5 mins walk to the downs. Rent is £750 PCM, not including bills. The flat is currently three girls and would be looking to replace myself with another girl, as I am leaving to move in with my partner (if not I would definitely be staying as the flat is sooo lovely!🥹)

The flat itself is a really good size and location, located on the top floor - will be missing the view! It's on a quiet residential street in a building with two other flats, who are all really friendly girls that are also renting. We have a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room (which is especially big). The kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher too! We also have a dryer which is always handy.

The two girls who are staying in the flat are both 22, and young professionals who graduated over a year ago now. They are both super lovely, clean and respectful and looking for another girl to match the relaxed vibe. We all have quite different work schedules so enjoy time to ourselves but also often socialise and have movie nights etc, so perfect if you like this balance! The girls also have interests in sports, baking, visiting coffee shops and the odd pub visit, however aren't massively into going out lots so probably wouldn't be suitable for someone who wants to party a lot of the time. Would be perfect to find someone laid back but also clean and tidy, and who is keen to make new friends! :)

Both the girls drive and have parking permits so you would need to organise a third parking permit for yourselves if you drive, but as we are on a residential road there is always space for cars on the streets outside. Bills aren't included so we sort these ourselves, but these are already set up so would just be swapping you in! They are approx £150 a month and this includes water, gas, electric, wifi & council tax (band D).

Also the landlord is really lovely, and always keen to help with an issues which has been great (and rare lol).
