Cute cosy cottage on Whiteladies road

Hey all,

My housemate is (sadly) leaving Clifton for London and I have a lovely sunny double room available in a cute 2-bed Clifton cottage available for rent! The room comes unfurnished, but she is looking to sell/leave some furniture, if this is something you want!

The house is a cute cottage with a separate lounge, kitchen, and dining room. There is also a small, sunny garden which is great for BBQs and having people over. On-street parking too!

The house isn’t really suitable for wfh as no desk space so would be better for someone who’s based at work/ doesn’t work wfh often.

Rent is £650 without bills. Bills come to approximately. £175pcm.

As for me I’m new to the house too but have lived in Bristol for just over a year. I’m sociable and easy going but like my own chill time also. Like a cosy chill vibe in the house so always up for a shared evening of shit tv or going for a pint. I like to be out and about and enjoy anything outdoorsy, and like to go climbing and try to get to yoga classes weekly.
