We have two rooms available from 25th November in a lovely 4 bed Hotwells house! 🏡

Rent is £585 plus bills (usually come to around £100-120 a month), it would be a 6 month contract originally with the possibility to extend after!

There’s 2 bathrooms so you’d only be sharing with one other tenant. The rooms are fully furnished with bed a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk.

It’s a great location with several pubs nearby, only 20 mins walk along the harbourside to the centre and 10 mins to Clifton village!

We’re both girls in our twenties who work mostly from the office but it’s completely fine if you need to work from home! We’re sociable and enjoy a pub trip/night out but also like to have our own space or a cosy night in so would love to have other people we can get along with 🥂
