Large double room in light and spacious flat

Due a change in personal circumstances I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in this beautiful flat. You would be living with my current housemate and the tenancy runs until next September.

The flat is huge, full of classic Clifton features, and incredibly light filled - the big bedroom gets golden hour light and the living room/kitchen get lovely morning light. Theres an amazing view over Bristol and on clear mornings you can see hot air balloons.

There is lots of storage space both in the bedroom and in communal areas, however as the flat came unfurnished you would need a bed and furniture for the room. My current housemate owns the sofa but I would be taking the table and chairs (sorry!).

It's less than 5 minutes to Whiteladies and the station, and just down the road from Clifton Down park. There is on street parking (permits are super reasonable) and the street itself is quiet but very near livelier areas.

Council tax band is A, Wifi is £21, energy £75. It's a slightly more expensive flat but in my opinion absolutely worth the rent for how large and gorgeous it is!
