I'm looking for a student to take over the remaining 6 month lease of my room in a 3-bed flat on Hanbury Road, Clifton. Two flat-mates are both masters students at UoB for the 2025/26 academic year. Rent is £155/week excluding bills, move in date ASAP. Replacement tenant must be a full time student! Tenancy until 22nd May 2026.
