Living with one female housemate. Looking for a social girly time!
The flat is a lovely Victorian house. Only 5 minutes away from Clifton Down train station and the shopping mall. Many bus routes to be enjoyed.
My flat mate / bestie (and her cat) are flying the nest to live with her partner (crying), so I’m looking for someone to take the room and fill the hole in my heart.
About me:
I am a 28 year old working in a Fintech company. I work Monday to Friday with 2 days working from home, so it would be great to have someone who also works Monday to Friday.
I’m looking for someone who will be sociable. I love meeting new people, so it would be lovely to make a friend and not just a flatmate!
I love going for coffees, matcha, walks, Shrek 2, a night out, a night in, the pub, watching TV, cats, white chocolate kitkats, maltesers, and many other things.
I’m tidy, considerate, and definitely appreciate some quiet “me time,” and I always respect when others need theirs too.
The room / boring bits
- It’s a double room with a lovely bay window. Fully furnished
- It is currently my room, but I’m taking up my flatmates room
- One thing about the bed is that it’s two large single mattresses pushed together. However, this room is currently my room and I’ve had no issues with it. My boyfriend sleeps well in it too. It seems to be pulled together by some sort of metal pole, so you won’t catch yourself falling down it. The landlady doesn’t mind if you get rid of it though and replace it with your own bed :)
- You will have your own bathroom with a shower!
- Rent is due on the 1st every month. Rent is £600, council tax is £100, and bills are coming to around £73 a month. £773 in total per month
- Landlady will want a reference - she lives below us, is very lovely and keeps the front garden looking pretty and summery!
