I'm looking for someone to live with me and my gecko in my flat in Clifton :)
The room comes with a large chest of drawers, a mirror, a desk & chair, a clothing rail and a daybed with 3 drawers underneath it (the bed also pulls out into a double). It has a large window and underfloor heating.
The kitchen has an electric hob, washing machine and dishwasher (and all the other things you'd expect in a kitchen). The rest of the flat is fully furnished and has a private garden (pictures included), but more decorations are always welcome!
Pets are very welcome.
A bit about me... I'm 22 and am currently in my 3rd year at uni studying zoological management and conservation. I enjoy going to gigs, exploring the outdoors, bouldering and going out for drinks, but I equally enjoy a night in! My gecko's name is Gizmo; he stays in his vivarium except for occasional handling, and he enjoys falling off of leaves, staring at the TV and sleeping.
The rent is £700 pcm plus electric and water bills. This doesn't include council tax, which is Band C. Parking permits are available to purchase; I have the first one, so the second one costs approx £224 a year.
