I’m looking for a reliable housemate to take over my room in this fantastic 5-bedroom flat on vibrant Queens Road in Clifton, Bristol. The flat is fully furnished and recently refurbished, offering plenty of space for comfortable shared living. We’re a friendly group of 5 (mix of students and young professionals), and the atmosphere is relaxed yet social – perfect if you enjoy a lively location close to Bristol Uni, shops, cafes, and parks.

The room is on the 3rd floor (Flat 7) at 67/69 Queens Road, BS8 1QL – super central with excellent bus links and just a short walk to Clifton Village. Available from 1st December 2025 for a 6-12 month tenancy (flexible). Rent is £695 per month excluding bills (we split gas, electric, water, and broadband evenly, around £80-100pp/month depending on usage). No parking on-site, but street options nearby.

We require a guarantor for peace of mind, and we’re non-smokers who keep the place tidy. Bills are managed via a shared app for ease. If you’re easy-going, respectful, and up for the occasional flat dinner or drinks, this could be your new home! Viewings from mid-November.
