The rent is currently £520 but the landlord hasn’t confirmed if it is staying at that price so may change. Bills are around £150-200 pm.

The room is medium size and comes unfurnished. There is a kitchen/ living room area with sofas and telly and shared bathroom.
Good to know:
The flat gets really cold so wouldn’t recommend for full time WFH.
We like to keep a clean and tidy flat.
