Lovely Clifton Village double in friendly flat

Double furnished room available in a beautiful first floor Georgian flat with huge windows and lots of natural light! Located on a peaceful square in the heart of Clifton Village with a good view over the gardens. There’s lots of greenery to look out onto plus happy dogs playing in the park with their owners. The flat has a large sitting room with a good sized dining table, comfy sofa and arm chair. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher.

You’ll be sharing with me, a 25 year old postgraduate who enjoys going on walks/hikes, evening pub trips, going to the cinema, a bit of sport and generally being outside in nature. It’s a sociable flat, think catching up while cooking, binging some tv, going to see a play/comedy, and friends coming over for the the occasional dinner party, though it’s not a ‘party house’.

The flat is in a really good, safe area, the centre isn’t far away, local amenities are great and there’s lots of green spaces nearby.

Clifton Village shops - less than 1 minute
Clifton Suspension Bridge - 5 minutes
The Triangle - 15 minutes
Clifton Downs - 15 minutes
Ashton Court - 20 minutes
Whiteladies Road shops - 20 minutes
The Centre - 25 minutes

There is a bus stop 3 minutes walk away with very frequent buses which take 10 minutes to the centre. Buses also run every half hour at night.

Rent is £800pcm + bills (roughly £100pcm)
