Hi! I’m Any 👋 I’m looking for a friendly flatmate to join me in my two-bed home in Clifton. The flat is in a lovely, characterful building just a short walk from Clifton Triangle and about 25 minutes from the city centre. It’s an older flat and we’re updating bits as we go, but it’s cosy, clean and genuinely a really nice place to live. The landlords are relaxed and everything is handled through an agency.
There are two extra storage cupboards not shown in the photos, plus we have a garage that’s great for boxes, bikes, or anything you don’t want in the flat. The room available is unfurnished - it currently has a king-size in the photos, so it will feel more spacious with a double. My previous flatmate had a desk and wardrobe in there comfortably. It is a decent size room for the area 🙂
A little about me: I’m a clinical psychologist in training, originally from the Czech Republic, and I’ve been in the UK for 11 years. I love hiking, music, gigs, painting, reading and spending time with friends. I’m quite busy and lead an active life, so I really value a calm, positive home. I’m respectful with noise and don’t host too often. I’d love to live with someone chill, considerate and friendly - someone who’s up for the occasional meal, pub/gig trip or TV evening, but who’s also happy doing their own thing. No pressure either way!
Most of the living room furniture (and rest of the flat generally) will stay, tho some stuff will be leaving with my current flatmate. I’m very happy to chat about what you’d like to bring to make the space feel like home for both of us, and let you get your creative out to make it yours too. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine… and you’re very welcome to share my air fryer - perks! 😄).
There’s one allocated parking space that I currently use, but on-street permit parking is available, and I’m very happy to split the cost so it’s fair 😊
Bills are not included in price. After adding water, electricity, WiFi and council tax, the total cost of the flat to be expected is approx £850/month.
