Double room in heart of Clifton Village

Hello! I've got an unfurnished double room soon available in a 3-bedroom flat in the heart of Clifton Village. The room is available from 18th January 2026.

Parking is on-street only and you would have to apply for a residential permit. The landlord used to live in the flat, and lives just down the road, so the flat is always kept in top condition!

My name is Dan, and I have lived in Bristol for 4 years. I've lived in this flat for 1 of those years, and love the central location of the flat, which is in the heart of Clifton Village.

I am a software engineer, working in central Bristol. I WFH 2/3 days a week. I'm very sociable, and occasionally have friends visit at weekends, to enjoy the sights and sounds that Bristol has to offer! I enjoy meeting new people, going to the pub, and watching or playing most sports. I’m looking for a clean, friendly house with sociable people who are also easy going.

You’ll also be living with Sean, who is a sociable guy and loves going out for dinners, to cocktail bars and wine tastings but also binge watching Netflix.

We are looking for flatmates who have their own hobbies and activities after work in the busy working week, but are keen to catch-up on weeknights/weekends, to watch the footy or a TV series/film, or the odd flat dinner/night out!

Ideal flatmates will enjoy living in a tidy space for at least 6 months. This will be a new tenancy agreement with a new inventory taken prior to moving in. The landlord will perform affordability checks, so bank statements, payslips, proof of employment and a few other details will be required.
