Short let for a sunny room in a great location

I’m going away for Christmas for around 5 weeks, and looking to sub-let my room.

It’s in a great location, right on Whiteladies Road. It’s back facing, so gets lots of light in the mornings. It’s a good size, cosy and warm with a radiator. Good storage space, with a large cupboard and drawers.

I live with 6 others, some students some working. All great people and easygoing, you don’t really feel like there’s 7 of us as the place is quiet a lot of the time. Large living room with a big TV, and a large kitchen too.

A few of my things will be left behind, including my spider plant, which I ask you water once in a while, and my electric guitar which I ask you look after. Other than that, make yourself at home.
