The flat and shared space:
- Spacious living room and dining room with two tables, great for hosting friends
- 1 bathroom with bath/shower
- Spacious kitchen with full length fridge and freezer, 6 burner stove and large oven, dishwasher, and beautiful wooden counters
- Separate washing machine and tumble dryer
- Ample shared storage
- Flat heats very easily in the winter and stays warm
- Driveway parking available for a monthly fee

Rent and bills:
- £727 pcm + bills
- Bills (heating and electricity) approximately £20 pcm in summer and £40 in winter per person
- Water approximately £18 pcm per person, this is paid once every 6 months
- Broadband included in rent
- We do not pay council tax as we are all PhD students

The flatmates:
- You'd be living with Alfie and Lucas - two males, 28 and 30 and replacing Jillian - 25 y/o female
- Both are PhD students (all 3 of us work together)
- Clean, respectful, and love to have a chat

The location:
- Just off the Clifton triangle (beside Beacon House), but set back slightly from the hustle and bustle, this flat is in an ideal location for accessing all of Bristol's amenities
- Several study spaces within 5 minutes walk, making it great for students
- < 5 minute walk to nearest bus stations which serve 1, 2, 3, 4, U2, U1 and more
- Sainsbury's, Waitrose, gym, and everything else on the triangle are < 5 minutes walk away

The flat has no faults - the only reason I am moving out is to move in with my partner. :)
