The flat is unfurnished, however, the living room has already been furnished.
You will be sharing with one other female tenant, who is 23. We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful and friendly to take the room.
The room is available from the 20th of December, however, I can be flexible with this and an earlier move in date could be made available.
Bills are not included and come to around £180-210 a month.
The flat is located really close to the downs, 5 mins from Clifton down train station and there is a bus stop just outside the building. There is off road parking avaliable too.
