This beautiful ensuite double room in Clifton is 5 minutes from the Downs and Whiteladies Road. There is space for a desk if you work from home, and the rent is really cheap for the area (£610 per month excluding bills). There is a private ensuite toilet, and a shared shower downstairs. There is also on-street parking available if you apply for a council permit.

This is a beautiful house with a gorgeous kitchen and big sitting room perfect for chatting! There is lots of sunlight and we're big fans of greenery and houseplants - we also cook together on occasion, and are looking for people who want to have a warm, friendly home as well as a room to live in. The housemates are really lovely (both medics!), I'm gutted to be leaving but have to move for work.

Move in date is from the 25th December, which I know is Christmas day - but I'll be leaving a few days before, so if you want to get your stuff moved in before going home for Christmas, that's absolutely fine!

We're looking for professionals in their thirties ideally - no couples please! Bonus points if you're a medic or an NHS worker :) please tell us a bit about yourself in your message, we'd love to know a little bit about who you are and what makes you tick!

The furniture in the bedroom pictures is mine but I'd be open to selling it and saving you the hassle of climbing the stairs with heavy stuff...
