Double room in a friendly shared flat

Sunny double room in a beautiful Georgian flat, Clifton.
£385pcm rent + bills (currently £114pcm including council tax, utilities, and internet).

Available from end of Jan/early Feb (flexible on dates). Looking for someone to take my place on the tenancy. It's a one-month rolling contract, minimum 6-month stay preferred.

The room:
Small double bedroom with its own storage cupboard just next to it. The bedroom can fit a double bed as shown in the photo. I'll be taking the furniture from the room with me. There's a single bed stored in the flat that can go in the room, or you're welcome to bring your own.

The flat:
3-bedroom, part-furnished flat with enormous living room and large hallway with space for bike storage etc. One bathroom, fully equipped kitchen.

Housemates:
It's a friendly houseshare with a relaxed, calm atmosphere. Your housemates would be Abi (29, works for a climate justice NGO) and Alisha (29, mountain bike track designer) - both very kind and considerate.
Abi and I have lived in the flat together for nearly 5 years. Alisha moved in early 2025 and we've all become friends. All work Mon-Fri 9-5. Alisha goes to an office, Abi does a blend of home working and a couple of days in the office.
We like to spend time together as a flat - going on bike rides and walks together and enjoying the outdoors.

Location:
Located on a quiet street, opposite a community garden, with lots of lovely trees visible from the windows.

5 min walk to the Triangle
10 min walk to Cotham
15 min walk to Suspension Bridge

About you:
We're looking for someone who values community and respects shared space - ideally someone who'd enjoy joining us for outdoor adventures and a shared meal from time to time. We'd prefer that meat isn't cooked in the house regularly.
