Double Room in Clifton in 2 bed flat share

Hi! My lovely flatmate who I’ve lived with for 4 years has moved out so I need someone to replace her in the flat ASAP. The flat is really light and sunny, very homely and clean. Its in an amazing location super close to Whiteladies road, Clifton down station, buses into town and the downs etc. It’s a private landlord who is super chilled and leaves us alone. I am signed up to a zero deposit scheme where you pay a small one off fee so you don’t need to have 6 weeks of rent ready to deposit (or we can do a normal deposit, up to you). Council tax band C and total rent + bills usually comes to around £850-900. The room is unfurnished but my flatmate can sell you her bed frame if you need one.

I am a chilled friendly person, like to hangout with my housemates but equally need some alone time to recharge. I love music, movies, TV, art and the gym. I start work early in the morning and do a lot of exercise so I tend to be out most of the day but like cosy evenings at home and out & about at weekends. I am a very clean tidy person so would like to share with someone who is the same. I am hoping to find a nice new friend to share the space with as the flat is quite open plan.
