• Incredibly light and spacious for two people
• Kitchen with dining area and larder
• Large separate lounge with sofa bed

• Lots of on-street parking (permit available at additional cost)
• it’s on the third floor - so be prepared for lots of steps!

About me / who I’m looking for:
I’m looking for a lovely girl who doesn’t take herself too seriously – up for a giggle, keen to be friends and do things together, but also independent. Clean, considerate, and happy to share the general upkeep of the flat so it’s always a nice place to come home to.
I work from home 1–2 days a week (usually Mondays and Fridays, from my room), so ideally looking for someone who isn’t WFH five days a week.
I’m pretty active after work with sports, but I balance that with chilled evenings, trash TV, yapping and wine!
