Furnished double room in social house in Clifton

Hi everyone! We are Ronni, Ella and Alex, all mid-late twenties & early 30s. Our current housemate is sadly moving out to go travelling new & so we are looking for a new housemate!

Move in date would be 6 Feb (can do earlier if needed !), and rent is £600 plus bills (around £130 incl council tax). It comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe etc. The house is v spacious and has 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms (2 showers & toilets), a patio & roof terrace which gets lots of sun in the summer. There is also a secure courtyard to keep bikes.

About us: Everyone is social, busy and active (running, gym, yoga, hiking, etc.). We are very sociable & like to chill out watching tv & films in the evening, cooking meals together, pub trips & host the occasional party! We’re all hybrid work 9-5 Monday - Friday so would prefer someone with a similar schedule.

We’re looking for a tidy, social mid/late-twenties or early 30s professional that is looking for more of a home than a houseshare!!

About the room: Its a spaceous double room available on the first floor of our 4 bed house just off Whiteladies road. The room itself is huge, and looks out onto the quiet street out the front.
