It is a large en-suite shower room in a two bed flat. The location is excellent being just off Whiteladies Road with a bus stop just around the corner.
The flat is spacious with a large lounge and a kitchen/dining area with plenty of storage.
I am a 29 year old professional working as an engineer in the centre of Bristol. I am pretty easy going and enjoy getting to know new people. I am fairly active and run and cycle often. I am still quite new to Bristol so still trying to get to know the place and people!
The price does not include bills - these have consistently been £228 per person each month and covers council tax, gas, electricity, water and broadband. The property is in Council Tax band D.
