My flatmate of 3 years is moving out by end of Feb, so I'm looking for a new one to fill the double room!
It's a top-floor 2-bedroom flat with a large shared lounge/kitchen space and great views over the rooftops of Clifton. Got a 55" TV, Xbox Series X, Electric piano and all the usual suspects (washing machine, cooker/hob, fridge, freezer.) Only 5 mins walk from both the Downs and Clifton Down train station, with a bus-stop right on the doorstep for 10 mins journey to Centre (C8). Parking spaces are available on the avenue.
I'm an easy going 29m, work in fintech (data science/PM), love pub and gig nights, tennis, movie/series binges, gym, art, festivals and learning new stuff. If you're generally pretty clean and chilled, we'll get on 😊 Any Q's you have about the place or for myself, fire away.
