Double room to rent in lovely Clifton flat

Double room to rent in a 3 bed flat in Clifton, just off of Whiteladies Road and a 5 minute walk to the Downs.
Rent is £750 per month, not including bills but these come to around £150 a month (hopefully less as our council tax may decrease from Band D!!). All the bills are already set up so it would just be a case of swapping you in!

I am looking to replace myself in the flat and you would be living with 2 other girls who are lovely! I am also sad to leave the flat itself as I have loved living here since I moved to Bristol. I am flexible with the move in date, if the 24/01 is too soon I'm happy to negotiate it being a bit later if that means the right person moves in!

The flat is a great size (consists of an entranceway with storage and then staircase leading to the main living areas). It is on the top floor with lovely views, and the other girls in the building are friendly also. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and living/dining room (which is especially big!). There is a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board already present in the flat.

The 2 girls remaining in the flat are both young professionals working in Bristol. They are both really respectful, clean and friendly, so we are looking for someone to match the relaxed vibe. We have enjoyed socialising together in the flat but also enjoy time to ourselves! The girls have a wide range of interests such as sports, baking, coffee shops and pub nights, but are not into going out lots so this flat wouldn't be suitable for someone who wants to party a lot!

There is plenty of parking on the street that just requires permits, both of the girls drive so you would need to organise a third parking permit if necessary but this is super easy online!

Our landlord has been great (which is rare I feel!) and has been keen to help with the odd issue we have had and open to discussions etc. Our bathroom is due to be redecorated this month as our landlord has recently replaced the window that was damaged in a storm, and put in a brand new extractor fan, so the last job is just fixing the paint!!
