Cosy double room in well appointed modern property

Hello!

Looking for a housemate to join me in a lovely rental in sought after area. The property has been beautifully renovated, is private, has two terraces, two loos and a gorgeous open planned kitchen/living area. The upstairs bathroom has a bath and separate shower and is complete with underfloor heating. Access to the bin/bike store is through a separate front door which is really handy.

The room itself is unfurnished but has an integrated double wardrobe + mirror. It's well lit and has plenty of plugs!

The house is on a lovely road, near the Alma Vale tavern/theatre, a short walk away from Clifton Downs & Whiteladies road amenities.

I am looking for someone who enjoys living in Bristol but also appreciates a relaxed night in. I work at an architect firm in the centre of town and enjoy going to the gym, baking, yoga, the odd gig and meeting up with friends for dinner.

Rent for the room + bills is £1200 pcm
Bills cover Council tax (D), gas, electricity, water, broadband, Netlfix, Apple, Prime...

Parking is on street permit holders only (Clifton East). I don't have a car so you could apply for one. I have a number of visitor permits to use Mon - Fri.
