Cosy double room in modern property

Hello!

Looking for a housemate to join me in a lovely rental in sought after area. The property has been beautifully renovated, is private, has two terraces, two loos and a gorgeous open planned kitchen/living area. The upstairs bathroom has a bath and separate shower and is complete with underfloor heating. Access to the bin/bike store is through a separate front door which is really handy.

The room itself is unfurnished but has an integrated double wardrobe + mirror. It's well lit and has plenty of plugs!

The house is on a lovely quiet road, near a great pub (The Alma tavern/theatre) and only a short walk away from Clifton Downs & Whiteladies road amenities.

I am looking for someone who enjoys living in Bristol but also appreciates a relaxed night in. I work at an architect firm in the centre of town and enjoy going to the gym, baking, yoga, the odd gig/cinema trip and meeting up with friends for dinner.

Rent for the room is £950
Bills are approx £200 pcm
Bills cover Council tax (D), gas, electricity, water, broadband, Netlfix, Apple, Prime...

Parking is on street permit holders only (Clifton East). I don't have a car so you could apply for one. I have a number of visitor permits to use Mon - Fri.
