Bright room in Clifton with shared garden

Hello, we’re two friends looking for a new housemate to join us in our three-bedroom flat from late February after our current flatmate moves out.

Our flat is on the first floor of a quiet Clifton street, within walking distance of many shops as well as great outdoor spaces like Clifton Downs and the harbourside. The available room is spacious and sunny, with a tall ceiling and a large sash window making it feel very airy. It comes with a single bed, wardrobe and some shelves, but we're happy to replace these if you'd prefer your own furniture.

We're both professionals aged 25-30, working in the heritage sector with fairly typical 9-5 schedules, as well as some weeks away. We try to mostly relax when not working with activities like reading, knitting and drawing, but still enjoy being busy outside running/cycling or going to concerts. Together we like watching films, getting food, and the odd day trip out exploring the area, but also are happy that we can share a friendly and respectful home where everyone values each other's space at times. There's a nice, easy-going atmosphere in the flat, and we're looking for someone who'd enjoy the same.

The rent is £714 a month, with a security deposit of about one month's rent. Household bills are about £150 each per month, which includes council tax (we are band C). We have good WiFi that covers the whole flat. There is also a residents' parking permit available to purchase for on-street parking if you have a car.
