Sunny double room in Clifton

Hey gals, (also open to guys too, if you feel you match the vibe 💁🏼‍♀️) ☺️ - I’m looking to fill a room in our lovely 3 bed flat in Clifton.

Note: we may also have a second room available soon so if you’re looking with a friend, let us know ☺️

We are a super friendly and chill household who are all about women lifting each other up! We are Lucy -28 (me), Liv and Katie -30 (Katie is leaving to buy a house 👏🏻)

We would LOVE to find a roomie that wants to build friendship and not just be people that live in the same place - but also enjoys their own activities and downtime. Our flat would be suitable for a super social person or more of a homebody. One of us is a teacher and more of a social butterfly who is out a lot, whilst the other is a project manager, has a smaller circle and is more of a homebody (usually found engrossed in a book). We love to come together for a series on the sofa and a cuppa (or a glass of vino 👀) or go for a cinema night or drinks.

It’s not a party house but on the odd occasion we may have gatherings or friends to stay - we always check in to see if we are all happy to accommodate.

Enough about us… let’s talk about the room: The room benefits from the morning sun and has views of Clifton tennis courts, which is lovely, especially in summer. It is unfurnished so you can make it your own. As the images show, it currently comfortably fits a double bed, side tables, wardrobe, dresser and shelves. There is also a cupboard housing the boiler which has additional shelving for storage. The room shares a nice sized bathroom with Liv.

In terms of shared space, we have a very large, light and airy living /dining room, a kitchen and a laundry/utility room with storage space. We all have our own space in the kitchen and fridge alongside shared space and items e. g. cutlery, crockery, etc

Some furniture items will naturally be going with Katie who is leaving but we will work this out as a three based on what you may be bringing with you.

Bills etc:
- We each look after a couple of bills to share the load, which are then split equally and come to between £150-£170 across the year.
- Parking permit can be obtained for CE on street parking.
- Ideal location close to the downs, Whiteladies Rd, bus stops and very close to the train station (we don’t have train noise don’t worry)
- Landlord is pretty good at getting things fixed as and when issues arise.

We would like to have viewings done and our new friend chosen before the end of February, for an end of March move in. Allowing time for the admin etc.
