Room to rent in Clifton ✨

Hi Bristol! ✨ My flatmate is moving out so I'm looking for someone to move in around the end of February.

It's a small, top floor flat, but the rent reflects it. Bills are usually around £160pp including council tax. We have a decent sized bathroom (with bath), a tiny kitchen with a washing machine, and there's a launderette nearby if you don't want to wait for clothes to dry. We also have a living room to hang out in. The room itself is little, but it will come with the a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws.

It's located in Clifton, close to the triangle, the train station, and sainsbury's, so it's really ideally located for getting around and shopping. There are lots of pubs and things to do nearby!

Because the flat is so small, it's not really right for inviting people around for more than a cup of tea, or a couple of quiet drinks, so if you're very social, the flat might not be for you. I'd prefer not to live with undergrads (I'm old and I love going to bed early) but PhD students are welcome! I'm ideally looking for someone who is similar to me- respectful, (mostly) quiet and tidy in the shared spaces.

I go to work early during the morning, and sometimes do freelance work at home in the afternoon. I'm quite introverted, but I'd like to be friendly with my flatmate- hang out and watch telly together sometimes. I do have friends in Bristol, so I spend a bit of time hanging out with them, too.

The landlord is very easy going and mostly lets us keep to our self, but he fixes problems whenever they come up. He will want to give you a standard reference check.
