I will be looking for someone to take over my large room in a lovely Clifton flat as I will be moving on after a number of years living here :)
The flat is located in a fantastic area, very quiet but really close to all the amenities of Clifton village and Whiteladies Road. There is a decent size kitchen, cosy communal lounge area, bathroom with bath and shower plus additional toilet and shower rooms.
The room itself is a large double room with really nice high ceilings and a decorative fireplace, there’s plenty of room for desk set up if you work from home. The room will come unfurnished with the exception of a wardrobe which stays with the flat as it’s the landlord's along with a mirror above the fireplace.
Your new flatmates would be Ross and Utsa, both very friendly and respectful housemates, working in Engineering and for the University and both working hybrid with some days at home and some in the office. Ross is into padel, hiking and photography and Utsa likes art, poetry along with good music and food 🥘 Both are sociable but respectful of privacy and would love someone to join who is up for hanging out every now and again!
Rent is just over £700 per month and bills on average come to around £170 on top. There is no private parking however there are resident permits available to apply for.
The move in date should be from mid April and we will be hoping to do viewings from the week beginning 16th March.
