Room to let - Clifton

We are looking for someone to replace a housemate that has just left. The bedroom is a decent size room on the third floor of the house, with beautiful bay windows, semi-furnished with a queen size bed, desk, bedside table and clothes rail. There is a bathroom with bath next door and another (spare) bedroom opposite on the third floor.
On the second floor is the living room with access to the terrace, and another bedroom. On the ground floor is one more bedroom, kitchen, and utility area with access to the garden. There are 3 bathrooms in the house, one on each floor, only top 2 containing a shower.
Females only as we have one (heterosexual) couple, and one other guy living here currently and want to keep the balance

5 minute walk to whiteladies road, Clifton down shopping centre and Clifton Down station.
