Female Student Tenant Needed (m/phd), 3bed/Clifton

Hi! We’re looking for 1 more female student (master’s/postgrad/phd preferred) to join our all-girls 3-bedroom flat in Clifton from 1 July 2026 for at least a one-year contract.

We’re two PhD students (aged 25 and 30), looking for another student to join, preferably someone clean, quiet and respectful, as we’re all focused on our studies :) but still social and up for drinks every now and then!

It’s a 3-bedroom flat with two basic rooms and one en-suite (sink and toilet) bedroom -- the en-suite is now available.
The rent is £795pm excluding bills.

The flat is a penthouse (last-floor apartment) with lots of light and beautiful views on a quiet street in Clifton. It’s a 15min walk to UoB, 5min to Whiteladies, a big Sainsbury’s and Clifton Down Station, 15min to Clifton Village, and just a minute away from the bus stop (buses from there go both to the city centre / Temple Meads station, as well as to Gloucester Road).

We’ve got a private landlord who is helpful, takes good care of the flat and does so promptly.

If that’s of any help, we’re both international students, one from Italy and the other from the USA. Our research is in the Arts & Humanities sector :)

Main info:
* Student-only let – must be a female UoB student;
* Non-smokers only.
* Must have a UK-based guarantor or be able to pay the rent in full upfront. It’s £795pm excluding bills.
* Bills (not included in the rent): water, electric, Internet – up to £100p pm in winter (cold months) and around £60-70pppm in spring/summer.
* Move in dates are non-negotiable (could potentially be earlier in June, but the contract officially starts on the 1st of July 2026).
