Large & Bright Room in Spacious Clifton Townhouse

Spacious room available in large Clifton townhouse, with 1 female & 3 male housemates.

We all work 9-5, so looking for a tidy young professional of a similar age to us (23-28). We tend to cook together and are usually down for socialising.

Historically has been an even gender split in the house, so ideally looking for another girl.

Parking is available, with 1 space for a small car on the drive, or on street via a permit.

Bills are not included and typically come to £120-150/month (generally the bottom end of this).
Room is unfurnished but the current housemate is selling the bed, desk, wardrobe, bedside table and rug for £250.
