Located right by Clifton Down Station, this is the perfect location for Bristol.

The current housemate is Jack, 24. We have lived together for four years now and never had any issues. I am moving away to London for work, so need to find a replacement as soon as possible!

Jack works full-time as a chef in a French restaurant on the harbourside (so he's often got good food and pastries on the go). He is super easy going, a good communicator, and clean & tidy without being overly fussed about being spotless 24/7. Both male and females are welcome to view!

It has everything you need, is double-glazed (a rarity for Clifton!) and you can buy a permit to park on the street, which is what I currently have and have always found parking right outside. The room has a double bed, a chest of drawers, a bedside table and a wardrobe (the wardrobe and chest are currently disassembled as I have my own so you are welcome to bring your own as well as long as you are happy to rebuild them when leaving or i'm happy to do this for you before move-in).

The flat gets some great natural light, the bathroom is gorgeous and there's more than enough kitchen storage for two.

Bills and council tax come to about £170 each on average.

The ideal flatmate would just be someone easy-going, looking for a friendly housemate who respects space and cleanliness. No job pattern is preferred, happy to WFH. Ages 22-30ish considered and any gender.
