Our lovely flatmate is moving out to live with her partner and we are looking to replace her with someone fun and friendly so we can stay in our much loved flat.

About the flat: 🏡

A 3 bed flat in Clifton, just off of Whiteladies Road, so a few minutes walk away from supermarkets and pubs, in an area that feels safe and convenient.

The flat has a shared bathroom, a shared living room that we have furnished and a fully equipped kitchen. The room available is unfurnished and is very spacious.

An on street parking permit is available if required.

About us:

We are two young professionals. Anna has lived her for just over a year and Maisie joined 6 months ago. We love to spend time together, whether that’s going out or having nights in, but we also happily do things independently. We work a mix of at home and in the office.

Anna: I am a 27 year old Town Planner, originally from Surrey but had lived in Bristol for 4 years now! I love cooking for the flat, game nights, going out to the pub and meeting new people.

Maisie: I am a 25 year old Commissioning Officer from Somerset! I love the gym, going for walks, and going for food and drinks, as well as having cosy night in.

About you:

We are looking for a professional around our age. We would love someone sociable and fun, who is considerate and enjoys their own space but also to sit in front of the telly and binge watch a series together. Looking for someone who would join us for drinks/nights out, flat meals and fit into our friendly dynamic. We also love a clean and tidy flat, so want someone who fits that and is respectful of our shared space 🫶🏼

Prices:

Rent is £775 and bills come to approx. £150 a month.

Our current flatmate is planning on moving out around the 19th May when the tenancy ends, so the new tenancy starts from 20th May.
