Room for rent in Clifton shared 4 bed

I'm moving out unfortunately and I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy starting 1st July 2026.

Room:
Small room with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. Lamp included.
Further chest of drawers outside the room, two drawers for your use (see video, third room in the vid)

House/Location:
4 bed ground floor flat in Clifton, Richmond Terrace. Very close to the Student Union and Clifton Village. Short walk to the centre. Victoria square bus stop is super close and a short walk to Clifton Down station.

Plenty of parking spots are in the area but requires a parking permit from the council.

Gas stove in kitchen, fridge/freezer, washing machine, two comfy sofas. Not pictured is a big TV which belongs to Jake! There is also a garden space.

The bathroom has a bath/shower. (This is shared between 3, as one of the other rooms has an en-suite).

Rent and bills:
Rent is £795pcm.
Bills currently come to: £105.70pcm.
(£18.75 for water, £42 for energy, £10.95 for wifi, £34 for council tax)
Side note: these will most likely be slightly lower due to having built up credit for energy and water, and fingers crossed oil prices returning to normality.

Housemates:
3 young professionals, all males from the ages of 21-24. 2 of them are engineers (and both called Ben!), and the other is a legal assistant (Jake).

Unfortunately can't rent to students due to council tax.
