Beautiful double room in heart of Clifton

Hey! I’m Immie, 25, and I’m looking for a flatmate to move in beginning of August.

The flat is in an amazing spot close to Clifton College which gives great access to Clifton Village, the Downs, Whiteladies Road, etc. There are so many great cafes, restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk from the front door. The space is light and airy with a large open plan kitchen diner and small balcony overlooking beautifully maintained communal gardens. Parking outside is permit controlled, but the road outside is quiet and there’s never a problem finding a space. The large double bedroom on offer is unfurnished, but the rest of the shared space furniture is my own. There’s one shared bathroom between the two bedrooms. I work full time locally as a dentist, so I’m usually out during the day. Outside of work I love being outdoors, pub trips, cooking, trying new places to eat/drink, exercising and always up for some live music. I’d love a flatmate who wants to be sociable rather than just completely doing our own thing.
